Pillsbury pizza dough I use the classic one. It's easy to work with and I can stretch it out to the size of my cookie sheet. I use a medium sized: 14.5" x 10.5" www.walmart.com/ip/Pillsbury-Classic-Pizza-Crust-13-8-oz/10319374I know you prefer thin crust, which is also available. I have never worked with this one so I have no clue how it turns out. I like keeping one of these in my refrigerator in case I forget to thaw something or don't have time to make a yeast dough. Bake for about 10 minutes in a 400 degree oven. Pull it out, add sauce, cheese and any other toppings you want and bake for another 10 - 12 minutes. Easy breezy. 😉
